Q: What does Photography Access get me?
A: Photography access will automatically sign you up for a monthly membership that will grant you unlimited access to photography on ScenicStock. You will be able to access the images through the platform for 365 days. 

Q: Do I have to sign up for a subscription to download images?
A: No, you do not. You can purchase individual images without a membership. 

Q: What can I use the images for?
A: Our standard license is included for all images you can access. We offer expanded licenses for MLS use and special use. See our licensing page for more information.

Q: Do I need to credit the photographer?
A: No, you do not need to credit the photographer with our standard and MLS licensing options. Special licensing usage may require credit.

Q: Can I edit or modify the images?
A: Yes, under the Standard and MLS Licenses, you can crop, adjust colors, and add overlays. However, major alterations that misrepresent the original content are not permitted.

Q: Can I use images for printed materials or advertisements?
A: Yes, under the Standard License. The MLS License is strictly for online listings and syndication.

Q: Can I share my purchased images with others?
A: No, licenses are non-transferable. For example, a real estate agent cannot pass an image to another agent. 

MLS-Specific Questions

Q: Can I use the same MLS image for multiple listings?
A: Yes, you may use the same image in multiple MLS listings. For example, you may purchase a picture of a neighborhood pool and use that in all your listings for that neighborhood.

Q: Are there restrictions for Zillow, Redfin, etc.?
A: You will need to purchase the MLS license for the specific image you want to use. This can be purchased before downloading the image. 

Q: Are there any videos I can download?
A: Our is not ready right now, but will be announced when it’s ready.
